Return Policies

Please read Reveal Great Skin’s return policies below prior to submitting a request for return:

  • Reveal Great Skin abides by the policy of each manufacturer it sells. If the brand you are purchasing does not accept returns, unfortunately, Reveal Great Skin cannot accept the return.
  • Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • Shipping on any return is at consumer cost.
  • Products must be returned sealed, unopened, and in re-sellable condition in order to receive an exchange, store credit, or refund.
  • All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee in addition to the cost of shipping. Skin Care by Alana will not issue an exchange, store credit, or refund until product is received and reviewed.
  • All sales on clearance or “open box” items are final and not eligible for return or warranty.
  • Please email info@revealgreatskin.com to request a refund. Please allow 24-48 business hours for a response with further instructions on how to move forward with your return and receive an RMA#. Without an RMA# your return cannot be accepted. To be issued an RMA#, you acknowledge the terms noted herein. All items must be included in original box and in new condition.
  • All return correspondence is conducted via email.
  • Please allow 5 business days to process your return once we have received your returned items.
  • Please note: if the original packaging is not returned with the item, we may charge up to a 35% restocking fee in order to replace those supplies. Shipping charges will be deducted from original price on all free shipping items returned.
  • No returns will be accepted after the stated return period or on exchanged items as well as items on sale or clearance.
  • For reasons of hygiene we are unable to offer refunds, replacements or exchanges on any opened or used topical skin care products as well as the Neurotris Pico Toner, Skinvel Red LED Facial Mask, and the Skinvel Blue LED Facial Mask.
  • Cancellations: All orders are automatically processed through our secure merchant processor which incurs fees. If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, you will be assessed a small cancellation fee of $5.00 before credit is issued. We are very sorry, but we cannot accept cancellations if your order has already been shipped. Orders which are refused at delivery will NOT be credited. S
