Simply Watch How Often You Feed Your Body To Help Maintain Youthful Skin

It is commonly believed that eating frequently (grazing) throughout the day will help you increase your metabolism. There are many diets out there that encourage you to eat all day long so that you stay full and keep your metabolism strong. However, in truth, eating too often makes you age faster.cows

You see, there are different types of enzymes in your body that have a variety of functions including digestive and metabolic processes, re-building your collagen, and maintaining your vitality. The aging process speeds up as your enzymes diminish.

Every time you eat, your digestion kicks into gear and so does the consumption of your vital enzymes. By grazing all day long you are burning through your body’s enzymes more quickly and speeding up the aging process as well.

The other problem with eating frequently is that you are packing on more food on top of food that hasn’t been completely digested. This causes the food to move more slowly through your digestive system. There is a saying that “slow passage of food = fast aging.” By packing food on top of partially digested food your body produces toxins that also increase the aging process.

So, it’s best to eat well balanced, healthy meals that include natural fiber rather than grazing all day long. Give your body a chance to digest what you put in it and speed up the passage through your system so that you maintain healthy skin. Remember to take care of your skin from the inside of your body and your skin will respond by having a healthy glow. Eat healthy meals and slow down the aging of your skin.
