Facial Exercises Give You a Youthful Appearance!
Okay, so you hear it all the time that you need to exercise in order to look fit and be healthy. But, did you know that exercising your facial muscles can tone and naturally lift your face?
The muscles in your face can elongate up to 50% by the time you hit fifty. 50%! That’s why you begin to see drooping eyelids and a sagging jaw line. Facial exercise can tighten up those elongated muscles.
Many turn to plastic surgery not realizing that the underlying problem may just be muscle atrophy. But there is a way to non-surgically correct sagging muscles and that is to simply tone your facial muscles with exercise.
I want you to take a second and picture the back of your arm, now picture your arm waving “hi” to someone. Does it wave in the wind or hold tight as your arm waves? When that muscle (your tricep) is toned and firm it holds tight, but when that muscle is not firm, guess what? You got it, it flaps in the wind.
It’s the same concept with your face. When those muscles aren’t toned they will begin to droop. But when you exercise and tone your facial muscles they will be fit and tight giving you a much younger appearance. You can actually drop 10-15 years off of your face after about 3 months of exercise.

This is a great post. I’ve heard about facial exercise before, but I never tried it. now that I turned 40 I am starting to notice little chin sagging. I need to give it a try.
