In reply to Ambika Choudhary Mahajan.

Ambika that is a fantastic question! I was about the same age you are about to turn when I started using the DPL Therapy System (red and infrared LEDs.)
Not only do the LEDs help to prevent further damage but they also help repair damage that has already ocurred. You can actually also use this same light for pain relief and to accelerate the healing of injuries. My husband has used it for a broken clavical and has had great successs.
I use it as often as possible not only because it gives me great results but also because it so darn relaxing. It's really hard to find a few minutes during the day for just me and these treatments give me that. I sit and relax while the LEDs go to work improving my skin and my kids know that when I am doing the light I can't do anything else :)
It's fantastic for all skin types, but those with sensitive skin need to go in slowly and see what amount of time works best for their skin.
I'm sure you can tell that I am very passionate about this technology. I love that there is a way for us to look younger and have more beautiful skin without surgery and without the need to go to a spa or doctor's office.
Hope this answers your questions :)

Hi Victoria,
I will be turning 40 soon and am already on the lookout for simple do's and dont's which will help me delay wrinkles.
Just wanted to ask you about the Method # 3 listed by you above. :)
Do you mean to say that using the infra-red light (which orthopedists use for bones and joints pain) can help delay wrinkles?
Is there a particular skin type (dry/oily) which should avoid it and how long should I take those radiations for the best results. That's a lot I'm asking for..:/
Hope you will take the trouble to reply.
