Hi Joyce, in answer to your question; yes the DPL Therapy System contains 20 red LEDs at 660 nanometers and 154 infrared LEDs at 880 nanometers. This particular system is FDA cleared as a class II medical device and does an amazing job of relieving pain and rejuvenating skin.
