Those darn brown spots, also known as age spots and liver spots, are quite simply your run of the mill sun spots. They are those frustrating brown splatters that attach themselves to your skin and say “ha, you spent too much time in the sun and now you are paying for it!”
Now that they are there, what can you do to get them to leave? You can actually easily get them to diminish with red light therapy. This technology goes deep into your skin and helps to repair sun damaged skin. It fades those darn dark spots and as an added bonus reduces wrinkles as well.
The DPL Therapy System and the Caribbean Sun Skin Rejuvenation Light are two of the top systems on the market and both offer incredible results. They are hands-free and so easy to use a child could operate them. Over time your age spots will begin to fade away.
The other thing you will want to make sure you are doing every single day is applying sunscreen, sunscreen, and sunscreen. It can’t erase what the sun has done to your skin but it can help prevent further sun damage. So as you take steps to repair your skin make sure you protect it with a high quality sunscreen of at least an SPF 30. Make the time to take care of yourself and you will have glowing beautiful skin.
I agree with you Victoria, a sunscreen cannot erase the damage from the sun but can surely prevent the further damage from it.To remove these spots we can go for a good anti aging cream, lasers, skin peels etc, which ever suits you.
