The sun definitely offers some benefits by lifting your spirits and supplying vitamin D. Getting outside is also great for your mental health. You just want to take a few precautions in order to protect your skin, you don’t want to completely avoid it.

I do not thing anything less than a 100 SPF would work. All I wish to do is just stay at home and not go to office at all in this scorching heat. Wish i could do that. Thanks for the tips.

No one can understand this post better than me. I have been a victim of tanning and the other related infections due to the encroaching heat. I simply loved this post as it gave me few of the handy tips that can make the situation good. I make sure to apply a high SPF sunscreen before leaving home and even wear a scarf when I am out.
