Citrus Clear products have been by far the best! I put their Grapefruit Spot Treatment on my problem areas every morning under my moisturizer so that it maintains my clear skin. When I get a pimple that is when I utilize it more and by the next day it is either gone or substantially smaller. I have recommended Citrus Clear to several of my friends and family and they absolutely love it! Please think about it and try it.

Washing the face with a hypoallergenic yet oil-clearing soap. Cleanse, tone and moisturize, that’s the three fundamental rules for healthy skin. Don’t forget to get a lot of exercise, rest, and lots of hydration too.

That’s the number one cause of breakouts on the skin, unless of course your acne problem is genetic. I am not a big fan of lights to cure acne, because I always think of dermabrasion as the ultimate skin torture. Thanks for the post though.

Oh, Joy you’ve got it all wrong 🙂 Blue light therapy is gentle, painless, and does an amazing job of treating acne. It’s actually an alternative to more harsh and dangerous treatments. It’s an extremely relaxing and therapeutic option.

I’m always thinking of lasers piercing through my skin and it just sounds horrible. Thank you for this information though. I’d recommend it to friends who have kids suffering from teen acne. I’d stick to cleanse, tone, and moisturize for now.
