The blue lights are great for helping to heal break-outs and the red lights work to help even skin tone and diminish the appearance of fine lines, over time. We have been using it for about a month. Before we purchased this product, we were using a handheld light that you held right up to your face and moved it around to cover your entire face. It worked well, but we like this sun box because you can just sit and relax. It also has the option to use the red and blue lights at the same time. The light therapy is not a miracle worker, but enhances your skin care routine.

I know it sounds amazing Karsten, but yes they really work! Blue light therapy works best for mild to moderate acne. LED technology can really make a huge difference in the appearance of your skin and it is so easy to use.
