I have read about RED light therapy and got surprised to its beauty benefits. I’d also prefer it over other beauty-promoting methods and seems to be safer if compared.

Cool title! Yes, I agree! It is indeed in the palm of our hands and we can make it happen! Thanks for your share, I honestly believe that we can still look 30 even when we’re 40 or much better, 50 years old! What woman would not want that for herself?? 🙂

That article of yours is surely helpful…I feel my skin is ageing and I can sure signs of it…I do exfoliate my skin with a good scrub and a good cleanser is always an add on..The part where I lack is water…My water intake is terribly low and it even gets lower in winters..Thanks for the useful tips, Victoria.
I know it can be hard to remember to keep up with the water during the day but it is so important and can really have an impact on the appearance of your skin.
