Hi Jackie! Yes, the only difference between the two systems is the addition of the blue LED acne setting on the dpl IIa. The anti-aging benefits are the same for both systems. Hope this is helpful 🙂

Is the only difference between the dpl II and the dpl IIa the acne addition, does the dpl IIa have ALL of the same anti-aging benefits as the dpl II?
