Red wine (not really a juice, but contains grapes) came in near the top at number 2 due to its ability prevent cancer and because of the high content of antioxidants that help to protect your cells from free radical damage. This adult beverage has also been shown to protect your heart, blood vessels, and joints making it a real powerhouse. Take it easy though, you only need 1oz. a day to benefit from its protective properties.

It’s hard to believe but blueberry juice only came in at number 4 (I thought this super fruit would have been higher on the list.) But, hey top 5 isn’t too shabby.
